We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist that will take the lead in promoting the Academy and also help the HR team to elevate our employer branding.

The role requires a strong understanding of marketing & advertising, paired with a deep understanding of the paid social media and display space. The candidate must be a trusted touchpoint with our internal cross-functional teams regarding campaign strategy and the performance of our sales.

  • Campaign creation and PR communication for the needs of Data Masters Academy;
  • Managing Email campaigns, FB, and Google Ads;
  • Provide subject matter expertise and tactical, data-driven strategic recommendations across all paid social platforms to digital marketing managers;
  • Lead digital marketing campaign execution liaising between cross-functional teams;
  • Monitor daily campaign pacing; pull, analyze and leverage insights to identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements;
  • Build relationships with core partners, stay up-to-date with platform changes, and act as a trend-spotter to bring first-to-market paid social opportunities;
  • Developing Employer Branding campaigns as a support of the recruitment process of the company;
  • Supports the process of creation and execution of Podcast episodes;
  • Content creation (social media posts and blog posts).


  • At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing;
  • Understanding of the social media and display planning, analytics;
  • Experience in launching paid marketing ads across Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads;
  • Knowledge of a variety of social and display insight methodologies and their applications;
  • Collaborative teammate and self-starter;
  • Passionate about marketing, emerging media, technology, and data;
  • Result-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
